Cancellation Charges

• 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount

Non-Refundable Items

• Airline tickets (if already issued)
• Hotel bookings (subject to hotel policy)
• Permit fees and government charges
• Processing fees

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be subject to the policies of service providers.
