The Tripura Sundari Shakti Peeth Yatra with Neermahal is a 4 days / 3 nights pilgrimage from Agartala, priced from ₹ 15,900 per person (minimum 1 pax). Pickup and drop are at Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport or Agartala Railway Station. The main shrine is Mata Tripura Sundari at Matabari, Udaipur, built by Maharaja Dhanya Manikya in 1501 and revered as one of the Shakti Peethas of eastern India. Because the hill it stands on is shaped like a tortoise, the temple is also called Kurma Peetha, and it houses the main image of the Goddess along with the smaller Chhotoma.
Day 1 covers Agartala: Ujjayanta Palace and the Tripura State Museum, Jagannath Bari and Laxmi Narayan Temple. Day 2 goes to Kasba Kali Temple at Kamalasagar, about 31 km from Agartala near the border, then to Melaghar for the shared boat ride across Rudrasagar Lake to Neermahal, the royal water palace, before a night in Udaipur. Staying in Udaipur means you can reach Matabari before dawn on Day 3 for Mangal Arati, which starts around 4:00-4:30 AM depending on season. After darshan you see Kalyan Sagar, Bhuvaneswari Temple and the Gunabati group of temples, then return to Agartala. Day 4 leaves time for Chaturdasha Devata Temple or another city visit before departure.
The price includes two nights in Agartala and one in Udaipur, three breakfasts and three vegetarian dinners, a private AC vehicle for all transfers and sightseeing, one shared Neermahal boat ride and 24x7 assistance. Annabhog, special puja, palace and museum tickets, flights or trains to Agartala and GST are not included.
