Nepal Spiritual Circuit

The Nepal Spiritual Circuit is an 8 nights / 9 days pilgrimage that starts and ends in Delhi and is priced from ₹ 98,000 per person. It links the main Hindu and Buddhist sacred places of Nepal across three regions: the Kathmandu Valley, the Terai plains and the Annapurna-Mustang Himalaya. The Delhi–Kathmandu–Delhi flights, the Kathmandu–Janakpur flight and the Pokhara–Jomsom–Pokhara flights are included.

The first two days are in Kathmandu: evening aarti on the Bagmati at Pashupatinath, then main darshan at the Shiva temple, Guhyeshwari Shakti Peeth, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath and, time permitting, Kathmandu Durbar Square. On Day 3 you fly to Janakpur for the marble Janaki Mandir and the Vivah Mandap that marks the wedding of Sita and Rama. Day 4 is a long road day across the Terai to Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha, for the Maya Devi Temple and Ashoka Pillar. From Lumbini you drive to Pokhara for Tal Barahi on Phewa Lake and Bindhyabasini Temple.

Day 6 is the high point: an early flight to Jomsom and a jeep to Muktinath (about 3,710 m), where pilgrims bathe under the 108 water spouts and see the Jwala Mai flame. This sector depends on mountain weather, so keep some flexibility. The last two days are back in Kathmandu, with Budhanilkantha and a free day. Included are eight nights of hotels, daily breakfast and dinner, the flights listed above, private AC road transfers in Nepal, the Muktinath jeep, permits, guides and Delhi pickup and drop. GST, lunch, VIP darshan or special puja and monument fees are extra. Indian nationals need no visa, but must carry a valid passport or an original Election Commission voter ID; Aadhaar is not accepted.
