The Muktinath Divine Journey is a 7 days / 6 nights Muktinath tour package from Gorakhpur. It crosses into Nepal by road at Sunauli and covers Lumbini, Pokhara, Jomsom, Muktinath and Kathmandu. The price starts from ₹ 22,500 per person, plus GST. The final rate depends on group size, hotel category, season, and whether you fly or drive between Pokhara and Jomsom.
On Day 1 you drive from Gorakhpur to the Sunauli border and on to Lumbini to see the Maya Devi Temple, the Ashoka Pillar and the Sacred Garden. Day 2 takes you to Pokhara for Tal Barahi Temple on Phewa Lake and Bindhyabasini Temple. Day 3 is the main day: a short mountain flight to Jomsom, a jeep to Ranipauwa, and darshan at Muktinath. Hindus and Buddhists both revere the temple as Mukti Kshetra. Here you can bathe under its 108 water spouts and see the natural flame at Jwala Mai. On Day 4 you return via Pokhara to Kathmandu for the evening aarti at Pashupatinath. Day 5 covers the main Pashupatinath darshan, Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. On Days 6 and 7 you drive back to Sunauli and Gorakhpur.
Muktinath stands at roughly 3,700-3,800 m. No trek is needed, but the cold and thin air can be tiring, so people with heart, lung or blood-pressure problems should check with a doctor before booking. The Jomsom flight often gets delayed by weather, so keep your onward travel plans flexible. Indian citizens do not need a visa for Nepal, but they must carry a valid Indian passport or an original Election Commission Voter ID card. Early morning departure by road from Gorakhpur to the Sunauli border (approx. 90km), the main overland crossing between India and Nepal. After immigration formalities, continue to Lumbini (approx. 20km from the border), the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Check into your hotel and, in the afternoon, visit the Maya Devi Temple, the Ashoka Pillar, and the Sacred Garden. Overnight stay in Lumbini/Bhairahawa.

The Nepal terai (Lumbini) is warm like eastern UP, but Muktinath is cold at altitude even in the best months — carry warm layers, a windproof jacket, gloves, and a cap for the Jomsom-Muktinath sector.

NPR is the primary currency in Nepal; carry some cash for Jomsom and Muktinath where card acceptance and ATMs are limited, and keep small denominations for temple offerings.
