The Ram Kashi Yatra is a 6-day (5 nights) Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Varanasi tour package. It starts in Ayodhya, ends in Varanasi and is priced from ₹ 19,500 per person. It links the city of Lord Rama on the Saryu with Kashi, the city of Lord Vishwanath on the Ganga, and stops on the way at Prayagraj, where the Ganga, Yamuna and the unseen Saraswati meet at the Triveni Sangam.
The route runs one way, south from Ayodhya, so there is no backtracking. You spend two nights in Ayodhya for the Saryu Aarti at Ram Ki Paidi and a full day of darshan at Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal and Guptar Ghat. Day 3 is a drive of about 170 km to Prayagraj for a boat to the Sangam and a holy dip, the Lete Hue Hanuman temple, Akshayavat and Bharadwaj Ashram, where Rama met the sage during his exile. Day 4 is about 125 km to Varanasi, in time for the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Day 5 begins with a sunrise boat ride and continues with Kashi Vishwanath through the Vishwanath Dham corridor, Kaal Bhairav, Annapurna, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Sankat Mochan and Sarnath.
The price covers hotels on all five nights, daily breakfast and dinner, a private AC vehicle, both boat rides, the Sarnath excursion, tolls and parking, and 24x7 assistance. Flights or trains, lunch and VIP darshan passes are extra. A pickup from Lucknow, about 140 km from Ayodhya, can be arranged. Arrive in Ayodhya by air (Maharishi Valmiki International Airport) or rail; a pickup can also be arranged from Lucknow (approx. 140km). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and rest after your journey. In the evening, proceed to Ram Ki Paidi on the banks of the Saryu for the divine Saryu Aarti, as rows of lamps illuminate the sacred river at dusk — a serene beginning to your Ram Kashi Yatra. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Carry Valid ID
A government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) is useful for hotel check-ins and certain temple entries — keep a couple of photocopies handy.
Dress Modestly
Wear comfortable, modest clothing suitable for temples; you will remove footwear at shrines, so easy slip-on shoes are practical.
Start Early
Sunrise boat rides and morning darshan at Kashi Vishwanath and Ram Janmabhoomi are best experienced early, before the crowds build.
Mind Your Belongings
Temple areas and ghats can be crowded — carry minimal valuables, and note that mobiles/cameras are often not permitted inside main sanctums (cloakroom facilities are available).
Carry Cash for Donations & Boats
Keep small denominations handy for donations, boat rides, and local purchases, as digital payment is not accepted everywhere.
Book Special Darshan Early
If you wish to arrange Sugam/special darshan or aarti participation, request it well in advance as slots are limited.
Respect Rituals at the Ghats
The Varanasi ghats include cremation ghats (Manikarnika, Harishchandra) — observe respectfully and avoid photography there.
Stay Hydrated & Comfortable
Carry a water bottle and, in summer, a cap and sunscreen; in winter, light woollens for early mornings and river breezes.
