The Char Dham Yatra from Haridwar (the 4 Dham Yatra) takes you to all four Himalayan dhams of Uttarakhand, Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath, in 10 days and 9 nights for ₹27,500 per person. It follows the traditional clockwise order: Goddess Yamuna first, then Goddess Ganga at Gangotri, Lord Shiva at the Kedarnath Jyotirlinga, and Lord Vishnu at Badrinath last.
The yatra begins with the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar. From Barkot you reach Yamunotri by road to Janki Chatti and a trek of about 6 km. Gangotri is a drive from Uttarkashi, past the Gangnani hot spring. Kedarnath is the 16–18 km trek from Gaurikund, with a night near the temple, and Badrinath is reached by road, with time for Tapt Kund and Mana village before the return through the Alaknanda valley.
The package includes 9 nights' stay, vegetarian breakfast and dinner every day, a car for the whole route, tolls, parking and permits, and a 24×7 coordinator. Ponies, palkis and the Kedarnath helicopter are available at extra cost. Every pilgrim must register for the Char Dham Yatra with Uttarakhand Tourism before travelling; it is free, and our Char Dham registration guide explains how. Arrive at Haridwar railway station or bus stand where our representative welcomes you with traditional tilak and garland. Transfer to hotel and check-in. Haridwar, one of the seven holiest cities in Hinduism, marks the sacred beginning of your Char Dham pilgrimage. Afternoon free for rest or optional holy dip at Har Ki Pauri - the sacred spot where Lord Vishnu is believed to have left his footprint. Evening (5:30-6:00 PM): Proceed for the world-famous Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Witness thousands gathering as priests perform the elaborate ceremony with large brass lamps, bells, conch shells, and devotional chanting. Thousands of oil lamps (diyas) float on the Ganga, creating a mesmerizing river of lights. The spiritual atmosphere is profound. After aarti, return to hotel for dinner. Tour coordinator will brief you about the 10-day journey ahead, distribute tour kit with emergency contacts, route map, and trekking guidelines. Rest well as tomorrow involves early departure.
