Arrive in Indore and proceed towards Ujjain (approx. 56km, 1.5 hours), the ancient spiritual capital of Malwa on the banks of the holy Shipra River. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. In the afternoon, begin the Ujjain temple trail with visits to Harsiddhi Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas known for its striking lamp pillars, followed by Kal Bhairav Temple on the riverbank. In the evening, witness the sacred Shipra Aarti at Ram Ghat, where rows of lamps and devotional chants illuminate the riverbank — a moving introduction to Ujjain's spiritual atmosphere.
